Gelrin™ is implanted at the injury site in only one surgery and simply guides the repair of the damaged tissue.

Controlled biodegradation of Gelrin™ enables precise regulation over the tissue remodeling process and healing.
In-situ and ex-vivo implant formation:
The ability to inject and polymerize this material in-situ at the site of the defect provides the possibility of use with minimally invasive surgical procedures, while the use of pre-cast shapes for more complex operations by ex-vivo formation is also possible.
Excellent implant retention:
In large animal preclinical studies Gelrin™ remains anchored in the injury site during the entire healing process.
